Insurances and Payment

California Hand & Wrist Surgery, Inc. participate in most insurance plans, including workers' compensation.

Arrangements for Out-of-Network care can be made on an individual basis. Please check with your employer or insurance carrier before you visit if you have any questions concerning the specific requirements or restrictions of your plan.

We respectfully remind you that you are responsible for securing doctor referrals, if required by your plan, and for any portion of your fees not paid by your insurance company. Co-payment is required at the time of your visit.

Our office will happily submit your claim if the correct information is provided. We will also pre-certify any surgical procedures with your insurance carrier. Please bring your insurance card and any pertinent information with you to each office and/or surgical visit.
